Welcome to our family of National Alliance for Mental Illness – NAMI Central Iowa!
Our group works to be a wealth of information to you the consumer, the family member, the friends and relatives of those dealing with day-to-day issues of living with a mental illness.
NAMI CI members elect the individuals who serve on the NAMI CI Board of Directors. This group of people devote their time, talents, resources and voices to guide the organization toward achieving its mission: to inspire better lives for Central Iowans affected by mental illnesses.

The families and members of NAMI Central Iowa are here to help! We offer understanding to anyone concerned about mental illnesses and the treatment of mental illness. There’s a community here for you, and we’re here to help you however you need it. You will be so very glad that you did!
